Many products are kept in stock and will be delivered to you within 24 - 48 hours. A small number of items need to be ordered from our manufacturers, these will take 2-3 days to be delivered. Specialist items can take longer. In any case, an email with all delivery details will be sent.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
All efforts are made to supply you with the highest quality products. We are sorry if you are unhappy with your purchase and in this instance we can offer a full refund or exchange to equal value of your purchase providing you return the item(s) unopened within 7 days of delivery and send us an email confirming whether you wish to receive a full refund or an exchange.
A full refund will be given to customers who have sadly received a proven faulty item. All faulty items must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
All Items must be returned by Recorded delivery.
We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels, or postal charges incurred when returning goods and we do have the right to refuse an exchange or refund, if we consider the goods have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided with them.
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from South Store.
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
All returns must have a completed returns form enclosed in the item.
We will credit on your bank account as soon as the item is returned to us - the refund however may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement due to the difference in bank transfer procedures.
If original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.
